Over the past few years, I've had the pleasure and honour of being a part of @afterburnbarbell.
From being a wee skinny 83kg to working on being a ㅜㅐㅣㄷㄷ 93kg lad, these people have helped me grow in more than just bodyweight. Without getting too emotional, something I do often, my team has quickly become my family. It saddens me that I have to be away at school for another year starting in September, but I know my brothers and sisters will be there for me when I come home.
To all of you, thank you for being my best friends, my inspiration, my biggest fans, and my shoulders to cry on. I see big things ahead for us and for myself. I'll do you all proud, and I expect the same from all of you. I love you, guys.
Squats with 160kg for 4 sets of 5 today. They all moved fast and smooth! Really looking foward to seeing where I finish up this prep with squats this time round as I feel that my technique has improved a lot in the last 3 months 👌🙌 #perthcup2018
It was ugly but it was a 150kg close grip bench, bodyweight is dropping and somehow my lifts are going up >:) I was worried my numbers were going to be garbage for regionals with all this traveling but we on the come up 😍

I wore a crop top for the first time in yearsss yesterday 😳 I’m not typically the kind of person that wears them, or even shorts, to the gym because I don’t really like drawing attention to myself. But I stepped out of my comfort zone and rocked it even though my belt was pinching my skin during deadlifts 😎🤙🏻 Anyways, good morning and happy Friday! 🌞 I hope you all have a great weekend and have a chance to step out of your comfort zone as well 🤗
Also worked up to a 5RM reverse band DLs at 495lb then felt kinda froggy so I went up to 515lb but only managed 4. Could’ve had the last one if I didn’t take such a long pause on the 4th. Oh well, I’ll get it next time. 💪 #keepgrinding

This morning was fun! Worked up to a 93% at 495lb single then hit 425x9. Could’ve had 10 but my form was starting to go and started seeing ✨ felt pretty good though 💪 thanks

Early morning deadlifts today cus I hate myself. Variables pretty off cus 3 hours of sleep, little pre-lift food, morning session, less than 12 hours after squats yesterday, and earbuds happened to break, but still did all the things. Went beltless, worked up to 380x2@sub6
for a pretty sub6 double. 315x3x5 after; trying to look forward instead of down on conventional to help get my chest through/prevent hip shoot. Did some back and bicep (branchii and femoris) work after.
