Lemme tell ya, this was my third round of this and I was hurtttiiiin. 😅
Made a combo workout with my trainer friend @chelsiann1
& we got so jazzed having someone else’s workouts that we just kept goinnnn!
Don’t mind the crotch sweat and boob sweat it =‘s hard work😛😪😪💦💦💦 We did a 5 min walk to warm up, followed by 10 intervals of 20 sec on 40 sec off sprints starting at 8 mph and ending at 12 mph.
THEN YA BETTER GET READY... 15- Overhand grip curl to press 20 lbs
20 each side- Single leg floor bridge
15- Tricep skull crushers 15 lbs
15 each side- Single leg pistol squats
15- Cable face pulls 15 reps heavy weight
20- Jump Squats
One leg hold 45 sec hold each side
15- Hip thrust openers
100- flutter kicks
20- Ski jumps
5- each side Single leg dead lift
10- each side Single leg jumps
10- Hanging leg lifts
10- Box jumps
20- Foggy Hip thrusts (Two seconds hold at top of range of motion)

Today, I juggled, pistol squatted and activated my brain with a little play.
After experiencing the difference between hands raise or by my side the other day in the mobility challenge by @latrice._.spence
I thought I would try different arm positions with pistols last night between back squat sets. (She called these prison pistols when I shared the clip with her 😂😂) It’s amazing how much a seemingly small change can impact things. Give it a try and let me know what you think 🤔

Eseguire i pistol squat è segno di forza, coordinazione, mobilità. Eseguirli con un carico rende il gioco naturalmente più complesso. Eseguirlo con un carico sopra la testa - 12 kg - mette a dura prova la tecnica. Ovviamente lo stile non è impeccabile ma ritengo sia una delle versioni più difficili da eseguire di questo fantastico esercizio.
