Everyone should read this post as the glutes for many people are underactive due to working in an office, having tight hips, so many things causing the muscle not to work. Plus everyone wants to be able to train and get a good bum now. - The glute bands are a really underrated tool for lower body work. Here my client Clare is doing a side walk in a half squat with the band wrapped just above the knee to really active the muscle. It’s something so many of us neglect, especially if you work long hours but it comes down to you and your choices, making sure that you say no to the things that don’t fill you with light and yes to the things that do. Make the time, plan it in to your phone or write it down, that way you’re so much more likely to make it happen. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a gym class, a nail appointment, time to get some meal prep done, make a healthy breakfast rather than grabbing on the go or simply some time with your feet up.
