For those who are following my 5 week "Summer Prep" (10lbs of fat in 10 days) here's my takeout lunch for today. Freshii is my favourite place to order from, no excuses there you can customize every aspect of it and your dressing can be as simple as just plain balsamic vinegar. Mine is: spinach, double chicken, avocado, tomato, carrot, broccoli and beet slaw with balsamic dressing on the side. Well I took my new runners for a run n yes my knee still kinda ached but nothing major... As I said earlier I was a little nervous about going so I asked @oconnor_clare to join me n I was glad when she said Yes 😊😊 . . We headed up to Ballyfad Woods, we took a detour around an unfinished trail but it was still lovely... then we came across the finished trail... we'll defo go up there again, it's a lovely run 😊 . .
