Headaches Are Not From God
What’s your why? I often ask myself this question at least three times to get down to the root of my motivation and to make sure I stay aligned. Why did I create this brand? Because I believe in natural beauty and in creating a model that supports women across the globe (from sourcing in Africa to clean skincare for all). Why? Because I believe that nature has always provided solutions and I’m also tired of brands that only care about profits, harming my body/skin and the environment. Why? Because it’s about time we started to pay attention to the problems we’ve created, and creating new alternatives, shifting my choices and creating a new way, is how I chose to play a role. 📷 conversations captured with producers, on how work and opportunities help to bring about a feeling of beauty. I’m looking forward to seeing these ladies soon 💕
Nothing I say can do justice to the beauty that is Nimba county😍. The bad red muddy roads that offroad motorbikes navigate trying their best not to drop their passengers in the water or mud daily really impacts the standard of life and so much time is wasted travelling between short distances.

Leave the familiar for a while. Let your senses and bodies stretch out - Hafiz. Summertime loves.
Texture. This has to be one of my fave things about our concentrate and it’s largely due to the velvety texture of our star ingredient. Unlike its west African relative (Shea) - the East African nut butter is silky smooth with even a higher % of omega fatty acids and less of the scent. It makes it much more suitable for the face, and it retains the same skin soothing nutrients. P.S. our online store is back up and running ✨💃🏾
One of my fave things about travel is exploring design & architecture ✨
learning to be soft like water
Does anyone else like mixing two different sauces together to reach complete tastebud heaven?

I'm not Nigerian, this picture was taken in Ghana, and I don't even follow soccer-- erm I mean football.
But my middle name is Ikeja (the capital of Nigeria's Lagos State), I'm a huge fan of Fela and Chimamanda, and prefer Nigerian jollof over Ghanaian (fight me)-- so that must count for something, right?!? Anyway, this proud bandwagoner is sending her well-wishes to the Nigerian soccer team today! Who here is following the World Cup? Who are you rooting for?
Heading into the weekend in S T Y L E 😍
