Money in the Bank Ladder Match Review
This Money in the Bank Ladder Match actually opened WrestleMania 23 and, to be honest, it remains legitimately one of the best WrestleMania openers ever. In my opinion, the crowd was honestly kinda dead throughout the match. We definitely saw better crowds during the first two matches of its kind. However, the crowd did not take away from the match. We saw A LOT of action and some really great spots. The most memorable spot of the match, and maybe even 2007, came from none other than Jeff Hardy. Absolutely INSANE. Although that spot stole the show, we saw some other great spots including the RKO to Punk off of the ladder, the Book End to Orton off of the ladder, and Punk's springboard dropkick to Finlay. Another funny little segment included Hornswoggle's appearance... until Mr. Kennedy (Kennedy) killed him. Jesus. What a spot. Anyway, Mr. Kennedy (Kennedy) ended up picking up the W in this match. I really liked the finish as Mr. Kennedy (Kennedy) simply outsmarted Punk by hitting him with the ladder, knocking him down, and grabbing the prized possession from above.
Had fun posting tons of women posts this weekend but playtime is over (for now)! Here's some Monday morning wrasslin! This is the debut match of Edge, who went on to become a 11-time world champion and a WWE Hall of Famer. He's taking on Jose Estrada who was a member of Savio Vega's group Los Boricuas group.. unfortunately he legitimately broke his neck at the end of the match resulting in the countout!
