My first try at homemade yogurt bars. They’re so delicious! I used the new silicone snack bar maker from Pampered Chef and it was super easy. I had an issue filling it too full 😂🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Here’s the recipe I created:
▪️Plain kefir (lactose free)
▪️unsweetened shredded coconut
▪️ground flax seed
▪️walnuts▪️dark chocolate chips

Winter Cleanse has just been released and it’s amazing. Starting with Juice 1; GREEN HARVEST ; full of crisp apple based flavours and green heart chakras that symbolise health and abundance. Followed by juice 2; IMMUNITY ROOTS filled with oranges, ginger and turmeric goodness to fight the winter bugs . TWO delicious soups to follow - I ordered broccoli & carrot soup. Then lastly a delicious tea blend to finnish. I have always believed juicing is a great way to reboot the body and if your eating habits are a bit out of whack it’s a great way to reset!
