Some times we have to get out of our heads what is a "breakfast food" "lunch food" and "dinner food". Our bodies don't know what a clock says....our bodies know awake and sleep and when we need fuel. So fill it up every meal with some good nutrition. Anytime is a great time for a healthy meal. "Breakfast" this morning is a chicken thigh and avocado salad, tossed with some walnuts and balsamic and oil dressing.

Simple Turkey Burrito Skillet
✔1 1/2 lbs turkey breasts, cubed into 1 inch pieces
✔1 onion, diced
✔2 Tbsps avocado oil, or olive oil
✔15 cooked black beans, rinsed
✔15 oz organic corn, fresh or frozen (thawed but still cold)
✔2 roma tomatoes, diced
✔1 4 oz can diced green chiles
✔1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice, or quinoa
✔1 tsp cumin
✔1 tsp paprika
✔1 tsp garlic powder
✔½ tsp cayenne pepper
✔½ tsp sea salt
✔½ tsp freshly ground pepper
✔2 limes, cut into wedges
✔1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1⃣In a large glass bowl, combine the turkey with olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper. Mix well to get all pieces coated well.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey, onion and 1 Tbsp oil. Sauté for about 5-6 minutes or until the turkey is
cooked and the onions are lightly browned.
2 ⃣Add the black beans, corn, tomatoes, green chiles, brown rice, and season with salt & pepper.
3 ⃣You can mix to combine, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4 ⃣Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and squeeze the lime wedges on top
That horrible frustrated feeling you get when you’re trying to overcome something and it’s just not going to plan. Maybe your trying to lose weight and your feeling a little stuck, or there some kind of limitations to what you can do while working out which leaves you feeling annoyed. ✋🏼
Do you get angry? Throw an inner tantrum and swing your mood 360? Do you get upset? Or sit there feeling sorry for yourself? Thinking about everything that’s going wrong in your life? 🤕
These thoughts and feelings are what limit you from progressing. It’s not the obstacle itself it’s how you perceive it. 🤨
So maybe you’ve not been losing the weight you wanted, well mix it up again. Look at the bigger picture, did you really need breakfast? Was you hungry when you ate that meal? If not skip them! Eat when you’re hungry not when you feel you have to! 🤯
Maybe you can’t lift the dumbbells like the younger girl next to you, maybe you feel belittled. Is giving up going to fix this? No, if anything it’ll put you further behind. Don’t shy away. Keep trying, keep moving and eventually you will be able to lift double what you ever thought you could. You won’t be a beginner forever. 💪🏼
Maybe some kind of health problem prevents you from walking far or exercising intensely. What’s stopping you from going for a steady swim once or twice a week? All movement is good movement. You don’t need to throw 200kg above your head to be healthy. 🏊🏻♀️
Break the habit of getting angry and giving up and build a new response, a positive one. One that challenges you and pushes you further than you could have ever imagined. Never give up! Only adapt. 🖤

Exercise selection can play a pivotal role in aiding the development of your physique. There aren't necessarily right or wrong exercises, there are however ones that will be more effective than others in the pursuit of you goals.
Things to consider when choosing exercises for your training programme...
1️⃣What muscle are we trying to work?
2️⃣What functions does that muscle perform?
3️⃣What exercises allow us to perform those functions in a safe and effective manner?
4️⃣Which of those exercises are most suited to our individual setup?
If you go through the above points you should end up with several exercises that will get the job done.
If hypertrophy is our goal the muscles we are working are more important than any individual movement, try and avoid becoming attached to particular movements just because you think you should be doing them. If it doesn't help take you closer to your goals then remove it from your training.

EBTB sesame seasoning. Place in preheated air fryer for 15-18 minutes. That’s it. Pair with anything and you have a restaurant style meal in 0 time at all for 1/2 the price...or less!
