ive been pretty anxious about posting this but tbh why the fuck shouldnt i. i never wanted to lose weight because believe it or not i was still a size 6 in week 1 photo, i literally wanted to just tone up and build muscle. i am SO proud of how hard ive worked n without these photos i probably would of given up. i highly suggest if anyone wants to get fit to do before, durings and afters.
week one i was about 8 stone 8lbs.
week six i am 9 stone 3lbs.
my weight has actually increased but you can clearly see i am much slimmer. so do not rely on what the scales say!!
now i have started on this journey i dont want to stop. my body is changing in ways i could never imagine. people get pissed off with the gym posts but i am so content with my lifestyle change and can say i am happily in a relationship with the gym. it hasnt just been a physical process but mainly a mental. my fitness plan has made me overcome so much with personal situations in my life to anyone that suffers with anxiety and depression i could not suggest exercise more! i spent 12months on anti depressant n anxiety tablets which i can confirm i have no longer been taking for 4 weeks now. puregym you have healed me.

in our household after a rough night with baby 😩 but we are NOT letting that put our health and wellness journey on hold 🙅🏽
Today I learned that meal prep also applies to baby - I didn't have a chance to pump, so I had to stop cooking in order to feed the little one. Luckily, my awesome hubby stepped in to shred all the carrots! ❤️ Lesson learned for next weekend - make sure there is milk for daddy to feed baby while mama grinds in the kitchen 💪🏾 Regardless, I'm proud we were able to adapt and keep things MOVING!
I did take weight and measurements this morning. I'm excited to see that I made good progress the first week and can't for Week 2! Who wants to join me?! 🙋🏽
