After not working for 3 days, I’m finally back at it! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 my body was completely tired and I just didn’t have any motivation. The last week has been stressful and exhausting. My stress level has been high, my nutrition wasn’t the greatest, which affected my sleep schedule! I just completed total body core of a little obsessed and I’m sore already! 😍😍😍 happy Wednesday

What if I told you that your body has toxins and bacteria that build up over time as a result of prescription medications, antibiotic use, over the counter meds and bad food/drink choices? You’re weighing yourself obsessively and you’re judging progress by your scale weight alone. It’s driving you crazy.
You don’t understand why your weight hasn’t gone down every day. If that isn’t bad enough you feel miserable, devastated even, because your weight went up by 100g/3.5oz even though you just did a ton of cardio.
If the above sounds like you then ditch the scales.
It’s obviously got an unhealthy hold over you and it's negatively impacting your day and life. It’s time to move on. You don’t need that kind of relationship or stress in your life. .
It’s not even a good way to measure progress for you. .
Instead, you should stay consistent and patient with the basics such as staying in a calorie deficit, eating 0.7-1g of protein per pound of bodyweight, strength training, a little cardio, quality sleep, etc.
You should also start measuring your progress differently. Use a tape measure, photos, how you feel, how much stronger you are and how awesome you’ve become to gauge how far you’ve come.
