🌀 LAT PULL OVER / Put your band at the bottom corner of a door and close / 4 sets of 12 reps/arm
🌀 BENT OVER ROW / Put your band around the foot of a sofa or something heavy / 4 sets of 15 reps
🌀 STANDING DOUBLE BICEP CURL / Place your feet in the middle of the band and push it to the floor / 4 sets of 10 reps
