Try this loaded Shoulder CARs (controller articulated rotations) variation for not only increase “Active Range” but also to increase the MU Recruitment and Loading capacity of the newly acquired range of motion!
How to execute: Use a 5lb DB or plate, press your scapula (shoulderblade) firmly into the post of a rack or corner of a Wall and proceed to take your arm through the most complete range you can, grasping and controlling the DB in all positions and paying attention to the movement within your shoulder blade. .
If your blade moves too much, tuck the blade back into position and continue expanding the range of motion - the kinesthetic curing of the rack against the shoulder blade will help prevent you from compensating and moving the entire shoulder as one unit and help to “disassociate” the Humeral Head from the scapula variations of this can be found from @drandreospina
