1/3 One of my favourite pictures.
In 2014 I had the privilege of driving 9 hours into northern Pakistan, tagging along with @ambiencefilms
as they shot a commercial for Brighto Paints.
For the colour green (10 seconds of used footage), we were in the woods near Shogran. The crew was working hard and I was aimlessly wandering, but I had the great experience of seeing all the brilliance and enterprise that goes into a few short seconds of video.
When we arrived at this location, there was a young girl with two of her — I assume — sisters who were intrigued by the sudden barrage of people and heavy production equipment. Though they were camera shy, coming nearer and going further as everyone worked, I was able to get a lovely frame of the nameless youngest sister from a distance before they wandered off.
The air here is crisp, and the hills are stunning.
