———RIP——— It's a shame he never got to see my work,
No, not, in it's life form,
Have you got a job yet? was the question he often asked,
in his eyes, with all the academic qualifications, making art isn't a 'descent' job.
He inspired my most "famous" work
The biggest piece I've made thus far
"Prowess of the Mutant Underdog" seen here, in great company with the Horsfalls in Amsterdam.
He dreamt of helping his village,
And he made enough money to effect the Change he so much desired,
Because of some 'uninformed' decisions,
That dream gradually dissipated into,
Helping his community, his clan, his family And at the end, it became a matter of Saving his own life.
Thursday 15th March 2018,
He lost that last dream,
I have always wondered;
What could have been, if his dreams Where pursued in the reverse,
As I often say;
My mother taught me how to become a man by example, my father did by his Mistakes,
I'm not there yet and I'm working on it.
One day, maybe, I'll become a better Person. "Grand Paolo" as he was fondly called, was a generous and hardworking man,
In his time, he made many wrong choices,
In his time, he positively impacted on the Lives of many – some of whom might be Present at his funeral, have voices, Independence and prosperity today,
Because he lived.
Death isn't dead, it's a continuation of life
Now my dad will find eternal peace,
Once laid to Rest, Thursday 22nd March Kumba Town Cemetery is final stop.
His legacy would last a long time. #womensrights #adjani #lumumba #patricelumumba #art #intellectualcrush #peace #love #black #inspiration #brixton #theunderdog #afro #mystery #hollywood #legend #london #uk #monaco #africa #paris #sanfrancisco #newyork #lasvegas #losangeles #israel #malcolmx #legend #telaviv #majorlazer
