Kk, here’s the stuff. Using the strap to stretch your hamstrings, glutes, IT band gives you control over the intensity and sensation that our limbs, gravity, etc, sometimes can’t do. It’s an amazing assistant when you don’t have your best friend around, as we all typically do, to pull on your legs and shiz.
✔️Put the strap (or anything that resembles a strap - a figure 8 band, resistance band, belt, necktie, rope....use your ‘magination) around your foot.
✔️Pull your foot towards your face
✔️Rotate to the outside of your body, within your body’s range of motion.
✔️Come back to the center and cross over your body.
✔️Bring it back up to center, add in another pull for good measure.
