Here is a tri-set that I did during leg day on Tuesday. Squats on the smith machine, then immediately followed bf leg press, and then immediately followed by split leg lunges. Did 4 sets, with reps 12, 15, 18, and 20, increasing weight for each set and minimal rest between each set. I always have a fun time when I get to train in person with my coach @mralldonefitness.
