Поговорим о тех, кому за тридцать и решил тренироваться. Часть 2. Укрепляй сердце посредством кардио! С возрастом твой мотор нуждается в укреплении и тренировках не меньше чем мускулы. Ты питаешь его Омега 3/6/9, добавляешь кардиопротекторы, соблюдаешь водно-солевой баланс, исключаешь жареное и продукты с высоким содержанием холестерина, но в тонус привести его может только кардио. Работай на дорожке, степпере, эллипсоиде или гребцовом тренажере. Держи пульс в пределах 120 чсс. Маловато!? Но именно в такой частоте происходит процесс жиросжигания! Не жадничай! Увеличивай время пребывания на кардио постепенно. На первых порах достаточно - 20 минут. Предпочтительно делать кардио в качестве разминки (5-8 минут) перед и после силовой тренировки (от 20 до часа). Разминка не только беговая дорожка! Не надо игнорировать классическую зарядку! То что ты изучал ещё с ясельных лет является хорошей подготовкой тела к тяжёлой работе. Круговые вращения плеч, корпуса, бёдер, наклоны туловища вперёд и назад, выпады с отведением ноги и стретчинг- необходимы перед занятием. Разминка - лучшая страховка от травм, а если ей пренебречь в зале можно надолго вылететь из тренировочного процесса. Распредели свои тренировки по группам! Твоё тело тренируется трижды в неделю, воспользуйся грамотным разделением нагрузки в течении недели. В понедельник я бы уделил внимание тренировке ног и верха. В процентном соотношении 35% - туловище (грудь, руки), 75% - ноги (квадрицепс, бицепс бедра, приводящие и икроножные мышцы). В середине недели работу своди на тренировку мышц спины, в частности удели внимание поясничному отделу, а после в довершении в режиме пампа тренируй плечи. В третью тренировку лучше акцентировано поработать с верхом тела (грудь, трехглавая мускулатура). Last 2 days’ highlights: Bench: 232lb, 5 reps @8.0 -8.5 Squat: 320lb, 5 reps @8.5 (holy last rep knee cave 💀) Sumo deads: 352lb for a single @unknown . - Recovery rate on bench has been abysmal, mainly bc my delts are perpetually fried. Need to tone down intensity. - Squats have been treating me better than Drake treats his exes. - Reintroducing sumo deads (14 weeks out!!!). Looks like my butt wink issue is still apparent: I attribute this to weak glutes/core and not-tight back, though I lbeen saying this for literally months
