🌸Sunday Bump Day🌸
1.) I have lifted for my whole pregnancy 💪 following my 6-week program design template.
2.) I eat non-stop! 5-7 times per day, 3-4 of those meals are large and the rest are more like a snack.
3.) I've gained about 16-17 lbs so far and will probably end up around 20 lbs total. With Harper, I gained 25 lbs.
4.) I've maintained more muscle mass this pregnancy because I worked so hard to put on 5-10 lbs of muscle after having baby #1
! If you want to start a family work hard to add muscle mass now and your metabolism will be higher throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
