As you know, I LOVE training my pre and post natal clients, but this one here, I have been friends for so long and am so grateful to watch her grow into a new mommy. She clearly has already mastered training hard so she can be ready for delivery, and ready to be a strong mama after delivery. Always get your dr’s permission before training. @astrid_swan
had already been training hard before her pregnancy so she can go pretty hard. She is 19 weeks now and still killing the game. 💥💥Also I would like to note, that anyone can do this workout. It’s not a “pregnancy” workout. It’s just a workout with a pregnant woman doing it. Have fun, do work GET MOVING!!
