Short-term satisfaction is everyone’s biggest enemy. Nothing about a transformation like this is short-term and if you are are just starting your “fitness journey” don’t let this mindset occur. For permanent results, It takes a decision to change your lifestyle, not just a couple months of it. Where we as people become unstoppable when reaching our goals is when we start thinking of LONG-TERM gain and learn to enjoy the process. I was just as happy when I was 220 lbs as I am currently. I took this journey day-to-day and enjoyed the learning process and hardships that came with it! It hurts me to see people who want long lasting change dedicate only a short period of their lives to adapting a more “healthy-conscious” lifestyle. With that said, don’t overwhelm yourself... sometimes the only change you may need is to track your calories and learn how many you need to eat each day to control your Bodyweight. This is a game of constant learning, trial and error, along with the ability to enjoy every era of the process. It took years for me to finally learn how to eat right, not less.
I’ve struggled with food restriction, binge eating, yo-yo dieting, over exercising, and overall had an awful relationship with food and exercise.
The path i took to get me to where i am today was a rocky one but the lessons i learned along the way made it well worth it.
I now have such a deep passion to share my story in the hopes of helping others break free from the obsessions and find freedom between food and life.
It can be so lonely and i understand that you feel like you’re struggling alone but I’m here to tell you that you’re not.
You are never alone.
You are worthy of a life filled with happiness.
You are everything you hope you can be and more.
But i can’t do it for you.
You have to TRULY WANT to make a change yourself and believe it can happen.
Stop thinking “one day” and instead decide TODAY.
