Legs have always been my problem area. Getting them to form some mass took a lot of Work, but Jennifer’s program has really developed them 🤗 Not just legs, overall I’ve seen some great muscle growth.

- GROW YOUR CALVES! 🐮How often do you guys train them?🤔
I don’t train them often…genetically they are pretty muscly! When I do, this is a superset I think is simple yet effective! 🔥
1️⃣Smith machine calf raises 3x 15
2️⃣Single leg calf raises 3x 15
When training calves make sure you really concentrate on the stretch & squeeze of the muscle! Slow & steady to feel the burn! 🔥

The beauty in struggle is that growth is inevitable, & it’s a sign that you’re truly expanding. It’s also an indication of real & important progress. 💯 So don’t be afraid of it. And more importantly, don’t let it defeat you. Yes i know i could have done more weight. Lol I just haven’t benched in a while and was trying to get the feel of benching again haha .. but here’s my chest workout guys!! .
1. 12/10/8/8 decline bench chest press with bar superset 8-10 rep standing twist shoulder presses
2. 4x10 flatbench press with barbell superset front/lateral raises
3. 12/10/8/8 ISO lateral decline press machine superset 10 reps for both ways front and back arm circles with dumbbell
4. 4x8-10 flat bench dumbbell crush grip press into flies superset alternating military shoulder press with dumbbells
There’s 4 simple rules I’ve started to live by.
💥Wake up early
💥Work harder than you think you
did yesterday 💥Never go more than 3 days without some time of exercise
💥Make time to read everyday
I’m not the biggest, I’m not the strongest, or the most lean, but I’ll be damn if you say I don’t work harder than any of the rest of them out there. I’ll always work hard on myself to continually improve all aspects of life.
Learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job. If you work hard on your job you can make a living, but if you work hard on yourself you’ll make a fortune.
It doesn’t matter if your workout was weak. At least you did it. It’s way better to do your session lighter than miss it completely!!! ❌
