, What's up FitFam 💪 👊? This is a late post of my Arm Day with Squats and other shit, Home Gym Day! I normally don't hit Arms on Tuesdays but I wanted to make sure that I hit Arms this week since I missed last week's Arm session.

My last half of the session, I did the following: Ez-Curl Wide, and Narrow, Reverse Curls. I then supersetted with Close Grip Presses, Dumbell Presses, Hex Presses, Skull Crushers, Reverse Presses, with Arnold Dumbell Curls, and Arnold Hammer Curls. I also did Reverse Curls, and Dumbell Kickbacks.
I ended the evening with a few more sets of Tricep exercises, Dumbell Squats with Curls, Sumo Squats, Forearm work, Core work, Calf Raises, and some Cardio. What did you guys hit today? Keep killing it out there FitFam 💪 #killeverything

This movement really isolates the quads and was a good finisher, but it does require some mobility to perform so ease into it.
Know that you can start late, look different, be uncertain, start over, and still succeed.

2️⃣Part deux for shoulders. If you want broad shoulders then your gonna have to work. It’s not gonna be given but you have to EARN IT! •
💪Shoulder lateral raise with dumbbells: 3 sets maybe 4 depends on how long you been working out. More for expert level which is for another day.
Do atleast 10-12 reps but bring weight down a little depending on what your capable of. Don’t wuss out and do less but do more. Watch your posture also😎👌.

•Blueberry farm was great and love eating them also. Either way I can have a juice made with it or some blueberry pie. Was tough picking out all the blueberries but had enough people helping out.. •That brings me to say that teamwork is the success to bringing people together whether your in the gym or outside doing work. Always consider helping a hand to anybody because you never know yuh might just need that helping hand later. •
Chest dumbbell flyes with a little pizazz to it. Either you go easy or hard it’s up to you but remember to always push harder on the last rep and hold for a few to get the stretch, oh and just remember it’s all fun, na I mean? 🤠——>letsgetit<——•💀•
Remember to also buckle up because it’s gonna be a bumpy ride.
