But uniquely it really resonated w/ me in how fitness, AND life, are so intertwined & can truly feel sometimes. We all have days where we feel like we don’t have any fight left; where we feel confused at what’s happening or like simply giving up in the difficult moments would be easier; less painful. But they say where there’s a will, there’s a way. And I truly believe that there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel if you don’t give up & always keep pushing towards your goals. Lol I just haven’t benched in a while and was trying to get the feel of benching again haha .. but here’s my chest workout guys!! . . . . . 1. 12/10/8/8 decline bench chest press with bar superset 8-10 rep standing twist shoulder presses 2. 4x10 flatbench press with barbell superset front/lateral raises 3. 12/10/8/8 ISO lateral decline press machine superset 10 reps for both ways front and back arm circles with dumbbell 4. 4x8-10 flat bench dumbbell crush grip press into flies superset alternating military shoulder press with dumbbells

I’ll always work hard on myself to continually improve all aspects of life. Learn to work harder on yourself than you do on your job.
