If I told you I weighed 237 on January 1st would you believe me? Well he's the proof! Early morning long nights and hours in the gym/kitchen to turn what you see here into a reality. I'm not going to lie and say it was easy the food was great. But if you truly want something you bust your ass and go for it. I wanna thank my coach @terry_placker

thing. I liked them but didn’t love them but I think it was my fault. First, I overcooked them which made them a bit chewy. Second I used fresh grated Parmesan which was almost overpowering I think I’ll use grated next time. Also I made it with mozzarella but think I might prefer cheddar. All in all I didn’t hate them at all and. I totally ate it but I think I’m gonna try those tweaks and report back. Any cheese bun experts lend me your tricks.
Leg day was no joke. Used 15s, 20s and a 40lb weight. Then finished it off with some HIIT and abs. 💥💥💥

I haven't deadlifted in weeks and my training has been all over the place lately so it was insanely heavy for something that should be easy. Ready to kick it into high gear.
