Who’s ready for a new week?
I haven’t tracked my calories for the last few weeks.....I eat the same foods anyway but just didn’t weigh everything to the exact gram! I didn’t overeat, infact I wasn’t eating as much and dropped just under a kilo. Mentally I just needed a break from hitting numbers every day. ▪️
But Today I’ve set some new #goals
for the next 8 weeks!
I’m going to dial my nutrition back in and work on tightening up some areas of my body! #backfat
These are my meals 2,3&4
▫️Meal 2: oats I add zuchinni, chia seeds and protein powder & water
◽️Meal 3: chicken, veg and sweet potato
◽️ Meal 4: chicken, rice & veg
Also snack on some raw veg throughout the day!
