The ladies all did brilliantly and learnt safe technique under heavy weights. There was such a supportive atmosphere, it was amazing to see them helping and encouraging each other to go for it 💪

Superset with 20 push-ups
▪️overhead tricep extension: 12-15 x 4
Superset with 10 tricep push-ups
▪️prone bicep curl 12-15 x 4
Superset with tricep extensions: 12-15/arm
▪️machine bicep curls: 12-15 x 4
Superset with tricep pushdown machine: 12-15
▪️crazy 21s bicep curls (with 7 reps each different grip style, to reach a total of 21 reps)
Superset with crazy 21s tricep pushdowns with varying grip styles
GET AFTER IT. If you want to be strong, you have to meet strong in the middle and actually try to get strong. Now go get strong! 🔥🙌🏼💪🏼

👉🏼When I first started out, I always had this idea that the entrepreneurs and the fitness pros you saw in magazines had something I didn’t that was just out of my reach. Maybe it was the connections, the resources, the know how, they happened to be bffs with Oprah, they lived in an area that made it easy...then I started reading stories about women who started from nothing and built these successful businesses, people who had no idea what they were doing they just started, these coaches who started with one idea and now live a life of freedom...and little by little when you start to fill your mind with stories like that of how other people JUST LIKE YOU did it, so can YOU. 👊🏻There’s no magic thing that someone has that you don’t. It’s just the belief in yourself, the right strategy and refusing to give up. 🙌🏻😉
🤔I was recently asked “How did you know where to start?”👉🏼 “Honestly, I just found someone who was doing what I wanted to do & asked, followed their guidance, did my research, & figured it out.” 🤷🏻♀️Believe in yourself and know that you are just as capable as anyone else to build a life and business of your dreams. Surround yourself with other successful people. Get a coach or mentor to guide you. And just keep going. 👊🏻🙌🏻🏋🏻♀️

I can’t believe how much stronger I feel today after doing almost 1/2 of this program already!
I held a 25 most of the time, my endurance was there and I even double and sometimes triple banded some moves. .
I’m for sure building muscles instead of excuses…
Everything you’ve done up to this moment, helps or hinders you in the moment.
In everything you do there is a compound effect…
Multiple negative choices lead to more and bigger negative choices and results.
Multiple positive choices lead to more and bigger positive choices and results. .
Even something as small as a donut every morning for a year… that leads to pounds, inches, and a mindset that sweets are okay which will lead you to eating more.
Even something as small as 15 min of activity a day for a week… leads to confidence, strengthening your body, better blood flow, more energy, and improved health. .
So what kind of behaviors are you compounding in your life?
3 Years ago I made the switch to start compounding positive behaviors. .
I changed how I was eating. Small steps at a time.
I added a nutrient dense shake into my diet (filling the nutrition gaps of my food intake)
I pushed play on a proven program
I connected with positive and uplifting people.
I changed my life for the better.
Those small adjustments, overtime created big results.
I feel better, I look better, I have more confidence, I am stronger physically and mentally. .

When I first started posting on Instagram, I used to compare myself with lots of "Insta famous ppl" and I remember I used to think omg they look so good whilst when I looked into the mirror I didn't see anything special ❌ just me, not looking "fit" enough for Instagram ✋🏽
I tried to copy their poses, and it felt so hard to me, but day by day I became better at this and now I can say that I am pretty good at posing 💁 but I still have those days when I just look into the mirror and think I'm not good enough. I see lots of pics online and compare myself to the girls in them, and that makes me so sad, sometimes 🚫
So I felt like sharing this, just to let you know that the pictures you see online are not something you should compare yourself with ❗
I'm not saying that they're fake, or that posing is bad, because this is ME, in all three pics, this is the REAL ME 💯 but keep in mind that if you see a pretty pic, the girl in it probably posed for it. There's nothing bad with it!! We all can learn how to pose ✨ but we do not look like that all the time
