Nonetheless twas a gud burn 🔥 also #freethenip af in second clip luls — 💥4 rounds💥 1) Arnold press 12 reps 2) One arm dumbbell raise into both arms— 12 reps single arm | 8 reps both arms 3) Single arm rear delt fly 20 reps 4) plank taps 20 reps — • For Arnold press, (or any press) squeeze ur glutes and keep core engaged. Start with palms facing inward, then press dumbbells overhead rotating dumbbells until your palms face forward at the top. • TBH I realized my form for this isn’t the best after looking at form videos LOL. Here is a form check after "cheat" night 🍽🍕🍰 I'm currently in fat loss phase,but I went a little bit over my daily intake of calories last night 😂🐷 Well,I don't feel guilty after those days anymore. I'm not a competitor ,not doing this professionally. So,don't ever feel guilty! You can't get fat in one day. Fitness is a lifestyle,not some diet. It's not about restricting and giving up food you like. I'm eating healthy 80% of time. It's called FLEXIBLE DIET. So,yes,I can eat some ice cream or fries every day if I fit it in my macros and calories and there won't be damage. Hit some insignificant #beltless , #sleeveless , squat #shoeless , shirtless squats for a few sets, followed by some even less significant front skootz. However!!! I was able to low bar squat without any pain for the first time in about 7 weeks :,). . Also this is my first time squatting in like 9 days, so these felt a little tough. Taking some time off has definitely helped my back heal and I’m extremely happy about that. Ready to get back on my gaaamee here before too long. I missed squatting. . Really enjoyed working out at @big_work_fitness today. If you’re ever in Charleston, SC it’s definitely worth a visit!
