My oats from this morning 🥄😋 so getting in protein on a veggie/plant based diet can sometimes be difficult, especially if you’re newer to it. If you’re exercising a few times a week it’s important to be getting enough in, (1.6/1.8g per kg is sufficient). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
However, there are ways to get extra protein in throughout the day. Here, I’ve topped my oats with hemp seeds, flaxseed, and almond butter, which collectively adds around 15g of protein 🙌🏼 Toppings like this are also a great way to get in vitamins, flaxseed and hemp are both rich in omegas and fibre, keeping you fuller for longer 🤓 a bowl like this keeps me going through till lunch, and also means I’ll be less tempted to snack 👀🙌🏼
🏋️♀️ 4 STEPS TO FAT LOSS 🏋️♀️ PLAN OF ACTION - take your plan or goal and put it onto paper, ask your self the questions and if you don't know the answers or where to start as someone who does.
CONSISTENT EXERCISE - have a programme ready to go so when you walk into a gym you know exactly what you have to do, get in get the session done and get out. this will save you time walking around throwing exercises together. Set your exercise or weight goals and smash them.
NUTRITION - eat well 80% of the time, just like we say it's 80% nutrition 20% exercise, try eating 80% healthy and 20% treats 😉 easier to stay on track and you don't feel like your missing out.
RECOVER - this one is over looked way too many times, you must look after your tissue after you cause so many micro tears. So try foam rolling, stretching, ice baths etc. Sleep falls into this category too. If you don't get enough sleep your progress will slow or even stop. So get to bed that hour earlier and it will do you the world of good 💪

I was going back through my pictures today and it really made me realise how much I love what I do. The gym and nutrition can be tough and it can take over your life but the benefits are so much greater. The confidence I feel in my body, the transformation I have had, the amazing people I get to connect with, the incredible opportunities I have all because I do something I love. I started this Instagram and journey for myself but I cannot thank you enough for the support and love I feel daily 💗

It's a chilly day outside but I have opted for a salad today ...enjoyed with a warming lemon and #ginger
Salmon is a great omega 3 rich fish 🐟 to eat on a #healthy
anti inflammatory eating plan, and it can be very versatile either topping with different ingredients and baking, combining with a fresh herby sauce or turning into a #curry
I added a tasty dressing of mustard, horseradish, garlic, lemon 🍋 juice and a good helping of olive oil all mixed together and combined with a salad of #detoxifying
spinach, green beans, rocket and some new potatoes 🥔: satisfying without the heaviness. 👌

que siempre es deliciosooooo, arroz integral con jengibre y cilantro y 1/2 aguacate.
Les voy a dar la receta del salmón porque MUEREN , y del arroz también, porque WAHHHH 🙊🙊🙊
Para el salmón: calientan un sartén, cuando esté muy muuuuuy caliente lo rocían con aceite de coco y ponen el salmón. Cuando el salmón esté medio cocinado, lo barnizan con una mezcla de: 1 cucharadita de miel de abejas, 1 cucharadita de balsámico, cebolla morada, ralladura de jengibre y un poquito de limón. Lo dejan en el sartén hasta que esté doradito. Lo sirven con cilantro y cebolla junca 🤤.
El arroz ya lo tenía hecho, simplemente lo sofreí en jengibre, aceite de coco y al final le agregue cilantro 😍.
