Mind over muscle 💪🏼 believe it before you do it ...
You get it in with what you got and get out of your comfort zone. If you know me. You know I hate the cold. Actually it makes me lazy and unmotivated. I'm in the process of changing my way of thinking. To be more productive and positive. Pushing myself when I don't want to do it. See people will post like this is the life. And don't get me wrong it is. But I don't always wanna work out. But I have goals. Some days I love it others I straight hate it. Still show up but I ain't about it lol. I'm also learning to channel my anger, frustrations and hurt into a more productive and positive outlet. See I usually eat and drink my emotions away, ya for real. I'm a work in progress just like anyone else. I'm being a little to honest on this post. But it may help someone in the same position. Keep those who help you grow around. And allow God to remove those that you do not need. I am very pleased with my run today. Stayed right at my goal pace and crushed that hill behind me. It’s one of my favs!! It’s 1.5 miles of leg burning incline 💪 My Nike app said 1071 ft of elevation for my run, and trust me....it’s all on this hill. I also managed to cover every type of weather today on my run 😁 Started out very lightly snowing ❄️ then sun and blue sky☀️ the it POURED rain 💦 and finally hail 😬 Which really didn’t feel good on the face 😫😂😂 Now off to foam roll and stretch these tired legs. Kaputt nach dem Training im Venice Beach 😅
Neben einem normalen Krafttraining habe ich noch ein Zirkeltraining fürs Herz-Kreislaufsystem durchgeführt (weil ich noch ein Kilo zu schwer bin😱). Ich habe mir 2 Zirkel organisiert und beide jeweils 3 mal mit einer Minute Pause zwischen den Übungen absolviert.
Dips mit Körpergewicht
Tire Flip 80kg 2 Bahnen
Farmers Walk 50kg 2 Bahnen
Prowler 50kg 2 Bahnen
Eine sehr abwechslungsreiche und "spaßige" art sein Cardiotraining zu absolvieren. Mein Puls war konstant hoch und die Zeit verging definitiv schneller als auf dem Crosstrainer. Wer so eine möglichkeit in seinem Studio hat sollte das mal versuchen, schaut aber das ihr die richtigen Übungen in der richtigen Reihenfolge ausführt so dass sich nichts behindert. Kreuzheben vor dem Kniebeugen ist beispielsweise keine gute Idee ☝.

🍇Fruit is packed with nutrients, and as you can see it's a calorie friend as well -
🍉 But people has this misconception about fruit and they avoid them because they are loaded with sugar 🤔 and sugar is bad for you and it will make you fat, let's settle this once and for all unless your doctor has specifically told you to avoid fruit for some serious medical conditions, there is zero reason to avoid fruit. The sugar in fruit is not bad for you and you will not get fat from eating fruit. -
🍎 In fact, fruit is so nutrient dense and calorie friendly, you should be including more of it in your diet than you probably are -
