PUSH DAY WAS A SUCCESS💪🏽🔥 . Okay first can we all just appreciate real quick hOW TAN I GOT WOW SO PROUD. On a real note though, I got a killer workout in even if it was a bit shorter bc I’ve been MIA for a week. . ARMS (repeat 3x): 1. Push ups 15x 2. Dumbbell press 12x 3. Overhead press 12x . HIIT (repeat 3x): 1. Toe taps 60x 2. Side to side box jumps 40x 3. Knees to chest plank jumps 20x . Even though it was definitely tough, it felt amazingggg to get back in the swing of things. Ihr benötigt: 30g Haferflocken, 20g Dinkelgrieß, 400ml Wasser, 20g Whey Schoko, Flavedrops Cinnamon, Flüssigsüße, 5g Backkakao, 1 TL Zimt 🔸Wasser mit dem Grieß und den Haferflocken aufkochen lassen, bis ein Brei entsteht. Vom Kochfeld nehmen und alle anderen Zutaten unterrühren. Fertig! Deadlift (215kg - 4 x 1) 93.4% for four sets of singles. Definitely struggled with this week's session; was meant to Deadlift on Sunday but my right hamstring was so tight it felt like it was gonna tear on my first warm-up set which forced me to postpone the session to Monday. Monday wasn't much better though - my hamstring was just as tight as Sunday😵. Ended up icing my legs which did help but I only felt good enough to train once midnight struck. Talk about a terrible set of circumstances. Hamstrings definitely didn't feel like they were contributing considering that I kept getting pulled out of position on all my working sets. Hopefully things shake up a little better next week. Simplest leg workout ever, pick a weight you can do 20 reps of squats comfortably with and do as many reps as you can in one set(stands to logic that you need to do more than 20), feel the burn, also warmup properly first. . I have a niggling back issue going on and didn't want to miss squats, so instead of going heavy, just selected my warmup weight of 135 lbs and banged out 45 reps. . This is best form of cardio ever.😝 .
