No matter how hard it can sometimes be to distance yourself from what I’d call ‘mood hoovers’ it has to be done! Why would you spend time with people or doing a certain activity if it literally sucks the happiness from you!? 🤷♀️
It’s taken until recently, for me, to realise how important it is to surround myself with those that lift each other up and support each other in their dreams and ambitions! To those I say thank you! And to the Mood Hoovers... to those I say... goodbye and good luck! 👋

One of the most frequently asked questions I have is what are some of the lower body workouts that I do? Well, I have a couple and I’ve made a compilation of yesterday’s superset! .
First note that the videos are in reverse order, I started off with sumo squats, then to dumbbell sumo dead’s and dead’s, and finished with glute bridges! .
For my glute bridges I used a 25lb plate, but you can also use body weight, just as long as you remember to squeeze your glutes when you lift!
For the dumbbell sumo dead’s I was using a 75lb dumbbell but you can also use weight plates if they’re easier to hold for you - and you don’t have to use as much weight! Again use whatever is best for YOU.
With the dumbbell dead’s because I was using so much weight I didn’t use the traditional two dumbbells, when using a lighter weight then I am, you’d hold the dumbbells in your hands as normal and imagine they’re connected to make that deadlift bar, and proceed to your dead!
For the sumo squat you’ll notice I constantly adjust my hands, I find different hand variations with the assisted smith machine for sumo squats activates different parts of the core for stability 🤭 I also had sweaty hands from hanging leg raises 🤷🏼♀️

I have been making some good gains in weight (not at all muscles) and strength. I will bulk for the next months and then go on a diet 💪🏼. Stay fit and keep going guys.
