A little bit over a year this girl in this picture had a dream. The dream was to help people through health and fitness to transform their life. Feel happier and healthier.
I just can’t believe I have been able to do so for over a year already and that this dream keeps growing each and every single day with each person that I am able to help.
Tomorrow I will be heading to Indianapolis to the biggest coaching event of the year. This was a dream a year ago. And this year I decided to make it a goal and now it will be a reality!!!! How freaking amazing that is 😬🤯!!!!!

I think women’s bodies are amazing, don’t you? 🙋🏻♀️If you’ve had a baby 👶🏻 you know exactly what I mean. All moms-to-be reach that point in their pregnancy where they say, “this belly CANNOT possibly get any bigger, can it??” 🤰🏻👀 And you’re only in month 7 or so... 😅😅
Then when you bring that precious bundle home, as elated as you are, it’s hard to describe the discouragement when you look in the mirror and see how distended your tummy still is, how much loose skin, flubber, stretch marks and squishiness you have to deal with. 😫 And let’s not even mention the awful hormone drops, mood swings and hair loss between 6-12 weeks postpartum. 😭
Whoever says postpartum weight loss doesn’t count has either never been pregnant, or got incredibly lucky. I had a hard time getting my body back after both babies despite having very healthy and fit pregnancies, eating as clean as I knew how, doing cardio and lifting (with pregnancy modifications of course) all the way up to 39-40 weeks along.
After the first baby it took me 3 yrs to lose the 7 lbs that lingered on. After the second one, 6 months (I buckled down and joined a fitness challenge). The encouraging thing is, once you do lose the weight (assuming you don’t crash diet) it’s a lot easier to maintain it. The cleaner you eat, the sooner your hormones balance out, loose skin tightens up, stretch marks fade and you start seeing some resemblance of abs again provided you exercise (lift weights 🏋🏻♀️ sprinkle in some cardio 🏃🏻♀️).

, be kind to yourself. 🤗 That first year goes by sooo fast and looking back it’s all a blur. Motherhood is an incredible blessing from God and our babies need to come first; by nourishing and moving our bodies properly we can gain more energy to care for them as well as set a good example. 😊 .

We went on our first family hike today, the kids loved it even though they got bored on parts of the trail! It was nice when the sun was tucked behind the clouds but man oh man was it hot in direct sunlight, LOL! I was surprised how well the kids did on our little one mile hike to the tower in the picture!

1. Estímulo más el musculo💪🏽
2. Me siento en ACCIÓN😋😎(ya que los clásicos abdominales consisten mantenerte en una sola posición) NO TODOS EXISTEN MILES DE ABDOMINALES INCREÍBLES EN DONDE PUEDES PONER TU FÍSICO A PRUEBA Y SON SUPER EFICACES, pero me refiero a los clásicos.
3. Es mi manera de entrenar HIT ya que los abdominales los hago lento en donde mi cuerpo está haciendo esfuerzo de algunos músculos y repentinamente me paro y a correr o a saltar o lo que se te ocurra. Ya verás combinando los abdominales con este tipo de cardio van a pasar horas y el musculo seguirá trabajando.
Y PONIENDOTE METAS QUIZÁS HOY LA RUTINA LA HICISTE EN 20 MINUTOS MAÑANA LA TIENES QUE HACER EN 15 Y ASÍ DEJANDO MENOS ESPACIOS PARA EL DESCANSO. ES LA ÚNICA MANERA QUE LA HORMONA DE LA ADRENALINA SE ACTIVE, ESTA TE AYUDA A BAJAR DE PESO... YA LES CONTARÉ COMO 😘😘🍯🙏🏾

Actual shape. I could definitely see a little progress on them hammies. It isn't that obvious to you but I see it 🤗. Them hamstring are stubborn to grow/ come out. I'm working on this weakness of mine (got a few weaknesses). It takes time. Nothing comes overnight. Little progress is still progress 😉
