So after hearing countless & countless information from clients, friends, consultations I’m finally sick of letting all this bad information about “WHAT IS THE RIGHT & WRONG THING TO DO WITH FITNESS & NUTRITION” • So here is my first •
PERSONAL TRAINER “BAD ADVICE”
Bad Tip 1. - Trainers who tell there clients to not do cardio because they will lose muscle. • Well if you don’t eat enough calories in a day you will lose muscle
• If you don’t fuel your body at the right time with the right Foods you will lose muscle • If you want to keep any shredz you may have you will do cardio
• If you want your workouts to lack endurance since you don’t do cardio of some type well you’ll lose muscle.
Moral of the story...it’s about balance & patience everyone wants CHANGE NOW!! Well it doesn’t happen over night & BULKING is a lie. So find a routine where you have balance of both weights & Cardio If you would like a lean muscular ripped body type.

The humble potato usually gets a bad rep because we tend to associate it with fries/chips. 🍟
Potatoes on their own are perfectly fine. 👌🏼It is when you deep fry them in highly processed oil and add loads of salt that turns them into a SUPER delicious monster. 🙊This triggers the “reward response” of our brain, which makes us feel good and encourages us to eat MORE. ✋🏼 This response is strong and can overpower our biological signals that regulate hunger and appetite.
It is good to know your trigger foods, the ones that encourage you to eat MORE. And then from there, you can manage your overall diet and health. 👌🏼 Share this with your friends!

Can’t skip leg day! 945lbs (429kg) leg press for 3 reps! Legs for days! 💪🏽
Clip 1 was my last set of 210lb for 5 sets of 3. Moved well and no tendonitis flare ups, went without tape on elbows.
Clip 2 was my last set of 295lb for 3 sets of 6. On this program I've been going without chalk this was the first day I felt grip close to failing. Going to see how far i can take my deadlifts without chalk to build up some more grip.
