“Throwback Friday” to my first competition. It was a long journey cause I already was on diet and I already had lost a lot of weight. But I needed something new that would push me again to lose more weight, I needed a new motivation. And there was The Enercup 2017. On stage I was not the girl who was the thinnest, had the best shape or had abs. I was that girl who enjoyed every moment, who embraced every little step in her journey. That girl who already won the big price 🔥🔥. People ask me if I want to be on stage again, well maybe I will but not now. Now I have my focus on my future and study and maybe in the future I will be back 💕.

really helped me to get going. Had zero motivation today 😑 My body is really tired. Not that sore actually, but tired. I’m glad when this week is over. But you know what? If it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you. PERIOD.
There’s no shortcut to success and there’s definitely no success without challenges. Don’t think about getting to the destination but rather enjoying the journey and taking all the good things in.
Get creative with your workouts. Whatever floats your boat. Maybe you get inspired by an insta fitness blogger. Save those videos! Later head on to your notebook/workout journal and start writing these exercises down until you have a plan to follow! Or maybe you want to try a new exercise you’ve seen someone do at the gym. Hey, it happens! 👉🏼This past Tuesday, I saw someone at the gym do -what looked like -a freaking amazing glute workout and I decided to add it to my routine and I swear I am not exaggerating when I tell you I’m still extremely sore but I’m so thankful that I was there to witness that new exercise 😂😂 definitely think it’s going to be a game changer for my 🍑there’s nothing better for me than to feel sore from a booty workout because that means I’m getting some gainzzzz AND most importantly that I’m leaving the routine of keeping the same exercises. Squats are beginning to become boring and blah to me 🧐 I like to get creative and experiment with different moves. I even get excited when I know I’m doing something new. So I encourage you to experiment with a new routine. Again.. write your exercises down, save videos from fitness bloggers/ Pinterest, ask someone you’ve seen do different exercises than you, *there’s always that one intense individual at the gym(🙋🏼♀️ I’m totally guilty) who can definitely spice things up for your routine*, but if you don’t ask be careful with your form (extremely important‼️⚠️) there’s no shame in asking... better safe than sorry, right?
Remember to experiment and try new stuff! Get out of that comfort zone. Make yourself feel uncomfortable in the sense that it’s hard and challenging but not hurting. There’s a difference!
