If I’ve said once, I’ve said it 100 times, whiskey sours are a damn near perfect drink. I’m really only posting this one because I’m excited about how good it is with pure maple syrup instead of simple syrup. And my bitters came out looking sweet atop of the egg white. And I just drank a few of these, so why not share my excitement! 1-1/2 oz crown, 3/4 oz lemon, 1/4 oz pure maple syrup, 1 egg white, and 5 dashes of angostura bitters. Simple and fantastic!
