“We'll go on 'til were pushin' up daisies
We'll grow old and wild and I'll still be callin' you baby
We'll never get enough, we'll be livin' it up right down to the day we die
Naw, we ain't gettin' out of this love alive” - Brothers Osborne, Pushing Up Daisies.
This song has a cool play on words, starting with the title. The last line of the chorus is my favorite, however I quoted the whole chorus for context. It’s about forever love and expanding on the idea of “I’ll love you until the day I die”. TJ has a way with words. “We ain’t gettin’ out of this love alive” always hits my heart. Quote this song or just play it for your wife and she will definitely love you forever!
