once upon a time, I taught barre at a place called Fit Girl Studio! it was my favorite job ever, and what ended up making me my healthiest was everyday, for 10 minutes, I would force myself to be in the gym. tho this months #10minutechallenge is just taking 10 for you; I dare you to try stepping foot in a gym, once a day, just for 10 minutes, and see how it changes your relationship with your gym and your routine. take the pressure off of yourself to be there for 2 hrs///just get those feet in the door and let your body follow. 💪🏻
