I don't really get why fresh dill isn't used much in the US, but it is absolutely delicious and brightenes every meal. This is my signature Cabbage Salad I make for every outdoor and/or summer gathering and everyone always asks for the recipe. We paired it with some @traderjoes
chicken lime burgers we grilled - a perfect Sunday afternoon meal.
---Cabbage (thinly sliced/shredded)- I used one small head for 4 servings
DRESSING: mix together some mayo and vinegar, s&p and dress the salad entirely.
and totally approved by all members of the family.
