Managed 8 reps at 308# with a double overhand grip before finishing the set of 12 with a mixed grip. 308x12 isn’t a PR, but 308x8 with a double overhand grip is. Forearms are also pretty shot from the @fatgripz
work yesterday—so I’m celebrating this as a win.
Followed it up with some front squats, a bit of stretching for the hammies and hips, and there’s my workout for now. Didn’t have a lot of time, but it’s a start. Might get s’more in later after Climb tonight depending on how I’m feeling and how much other stuff I have to get done.
