Recommending a specific solution won’t solve the problem , we need to understand what our body doesn’t accept , listen to your body and trust the signals ✅💯
You might be allergic to something that most of us aren’t , or something might simply not suit you like in my case mango causes breakdown of acne break-outs and generally it’s not counted in foods to avoid . “Fast food may seem appealing but it has side effects , one of which is acne .. “ says a friend .

🍁chia seeds are considered to be a SUPER FOOD which is loaded with anti oxidants . They contain high quality protein and lots fibre . Omega 3 fatty acids are also found 🍁
🍓Strawberry is high in water content and low in carbs . It is an excellent source of Vitamin C and also contains manganese , folate (B9) and potassium 🍓
