‼️SCROLL LEFT‼️ To some, I may be revealing my body too much or even conceited with all of the pictures I’ve taken. To others, I’d be really confident & brave with my body to post this. From 1-10 are progress pics over the last several years between the time I was working out & the times I wasn’t. Between the times I was at my lowest physically & mentally (weight & health) & the times I had worked my hardest through every blood, sweat, & tear — & horrific migraines! (Could never forget that on the list🙄) I’m nowhere near the person I want to be whether it’s gaining knowledge, especially in the major I’m going for, or gaining muscle in the gym. 116 pounds has been my highest peak.. for some reason, I’ve always had a hard time gaining weight
& the even harder times were when I couldn’t eat, dropping down to 80 pounds in a 2-week span. I’ve had my ups/downs. There are many days where I’ve skipped the gym bc I didn’t have enough time throughout the day or I didn’t feel well enough to power through it. I plan on getting stronger. I plan on looking my best & keeping it through my 40s, 50s, & 60s. I’m far from perfect. But I intend to work to my fullest potential with nothing else getting in the way to stop me. If you’re in a relationship, don’t get lazy & give up on your body bc you’re too comfortable with the one you love bc chances are, yes they love you for who you are, but they’d much rather see you try & I’m not saying doing it for other people; do it for yourself. Make YOURSELF feel good bc at the end of the day, that’s all that matters. Words can’t describe how proud I am of MYSELF. Through the progress I’ve made & the progress I’ve lost, I’m back on my feet & from here on out, it’s all training💪🏼

People want instant change and gratification but when it comes to bodybuilding it’s about being very consistent and just sticking to the plan. Here’s a pic from last off season waking up at 260 and then a pic on the right from this current off season (weighing in at 265 this morning). Feeling tighter and a little more dense this time around. The side and back shots are both poses that I wanted to improve the most this off season starting from the ground up!!
