I don’t know if it was from everyone’s Father’s Day breakfast posts or just because I love breakfast but I was seriously craving some pancakes this morning.
So I decided to make some....
Here is my recipe for carrot cake pancakes (although I made one giant one cause I could)
Serves ☝️ Ingredients: 🥄
2 medium carrots, diced and steamed
1/2tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup oats blended (I used Steele cut)
Blend carrots and eggs together u til well combined. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well.
Cooking over medium low heat for 3-5 minutes (spray pan with cooking spray)
Top with fresh fruit and Greek yogurt.
Container count without toppings: ❤️💚💛
80 Day Obsession Results are in!!!! In total, I lost 10 pounds, 4 inches off my waist, & 5 inches off my hips!! This is with ✌🏼 vacations, sick days, & a major transition from the military! I have THREE babies & I am super BUSY all of the time. But none of that stopped me. These physical transformation pictures cannot even begin to show the mental growth I've had. -
When I first started this program in March, I honestly did not know if I would be able to make it through 80 WHOLE days! It was A REALLY huge commitment, but I just did it. I stopped making excuses & said YES. YES to changing my life. YES to being the best version of ME. YES to making myself a PRIORITY. YES to being a better mother, wife, PERSON. -

In 3 days I am going to be reunited with some of my besties !!!!!! Aside from a few dark years, I have consistently workout since I was 21 in some way, shape or form. I was going through an eating disorder when this picture was taken 5 years ago. I wanted to be skinny and was only focused on the number of that evil scale. I hated how I looked, skipped meals, and learned all the tricks to hide it from those around me.
I know so many people have struggled with eating disorders and I need you to know YOU ARE NOT ALONE!! Please reach out to me if you are still struggling!! It's a never ending battle with yourself and I don't want you to fight it alone!
I won't lie, I still fight with myself. I'm lucky enough to have people around me that hold me accountable for eating my meals and they check in with me if they feel me sliding back. This time has been different because BeachBody has shown me muscles are bad ass💪🏻, my friends and family have shown me love ❤️, and life has shown me that the current Kyra is pretty alright, and the old Kyra can stay behind✌🏻
Lil momma and I have chosen a healthy life now and I have to say, SHE'S KILLING IT!💪🏻
