I am thrilled to have witnessed cinematic B-movie history Sat. night when I saw the original 13 Ghosts (1960) on screen at the Bob Baker Marionette Theater in LA. The Ghost Hunters of Urban LA (GHOULA) organized the event and commissioned replica versions of the original William Castle-designed "Illusion-o" viewers shaped like a ghost from 3-D Space. We were the only audience to ever use those ghost-shaped viewers since a rectangular version was created and used, instead. (An original viewer was on display at the show.) The Marionette Theater was used since William Castle was friends with Bob Baker and was near the mansion used in the film. Some images courtesy of @sakimotorola
