Last night I was able to ✔ off another "30 in 30" challenge. I headlined a show for the first time. It was an amazing experience, and even though I was doubting/hating myself every step of the way writing my set list, I'm so glad I did this. Thank you @the_kaits_meow

for supporting me last night. The last few weeks have been crappy, it was supposed to be my best year ever. Circumstances have changed, but I'm still determined to make that happen. XOXO
After my brief flirtation with illness a few weeks ago my fitness took a bit of a knock. Even two days ago I was getting breathless doing a fraction of what I’d normally do. .
So today I decided to pull my finger out and get myself back to fighting fitness. What was the result?

No filters! Gorgeous ☀️ getting my walk on. I've done 21 miles out of my 30. Also started late on May 8th not the 1st. I'm happy with it. The goal will be to continue this after my challenge is complete!! Got a new Fitbit to help track all the missed steps of running around the office and up and down the stairs at work! My biggest hurdle right now is eating bad on the weekends. I do so good during the week and I just "let loose" on the weekends. Bad bad bad. I'll get there! 👍
