We hit 28 weeks yesterday! Working full time, and growing a human during a deployment has been far more taxing than I realized. This photo is a glimpse of my self-care from this weekend. I took myself to @breathercoffee1020
in Zushi to reflect in my journal and what came from that was numerous accounts of my military community coming to my aid. I am so grateful for the outpouring of support I have received over the past few weeks. From neighbors helping me move furniture, friends bringing gifts for baby, doing my dishes, feeding me, and just being there for me, I am so overwhelmed with love and support. Asking for help has never been my strongpoint and being in a helping profession, I often forget to let others help me. But it’s times like these where I am humbled at the generosity of my community, their big hearts, and the way we rally around each other in times of need. So many people say, “ask if you need anything, we would love to help” and with the people in my life, I know it’s the truth ❤️❤️❤️ So here’s to 28 weeks of your life Maven Belle, you are so loved.
