Just months ago I was in bed struggling to get up everyday with my arthritis hurting me. Now I’m fighting my own battles and standing up against them. That’s why I’ve been posting more fitness and other content just because I’m motivated to move around and keep pushing forward and music I’m standing still when I can use that time to fight my own problems and keep working out or also focus on college so I’m deciding to change my instagram category to something more personal. When you see where you started and how much progress you’ve made so far...you can really see the results, I’m still not done!
Wow this one really pushed me outside my comfort zone. I did one crunch and thought “there’s no way I can do 4 sets of 15” (which I realized after I did them all was actually 4x12 🤦♀️). As I was laying there after doing 2 reps, the excuses started to creep in. “I can just do 1 or 2 sets and call it good since this is so hard” and “If I’m struggling this much after 1 there’s no way I can do this”. But then I thought about what the girls in the #findyourfitchallenge
would say, or what I would tell them if it were the other way around. If you don’t push yourself to do it, you’ll never know if you can. I took many breaks during each set, but I did it! Then it's on to Biceps!! Getting to be that time of year to start leaning out. I have to watch what I eat more and not rationalize crappy food with, "Well I DO lift heavy so it's ok".
Face of disappointment. Haven’t had an actual planned deadlift workout in ages because “back”. But my weight has definitely dropped in the past year, 405 lb single just to test the waters. Maybe one day I’ll be back to where I once was. Meh. @adiweightlifting @hookgrip

3x10 pause squats and then did some more squats lol (p.s. pause squats hurt so bad i crey)
