Its day 100, the #100daysofquilting
I didn't get the quilt completed, but I did get the top finished and that is a good stopping point.
100 days of quilting, 2 complete quilts, one quilt top, and a while bunch of ideas for future projects. That's a lot for 100 days!
I've learned that I don't like quilting under a deadline. I'll get it done, but the fun is affected. I don't want to quilt if its not fun.
Sometimes I like to see before or after work on a weekday. Other days there is no time. I would rather quilt for 6-10 hours when a rainy day coincides with a Saturday with no plans.
My house is a furnace. If it's above 80 outside, it's too hot inside to have the iron on and I don't want to quilt.
Some parts of quilting are repetitive, like sewing strips. Every part of quilting is awesome, but not every part makes for great photos.
Will I do another 100 day project? Probably not. Will I keep quilting? Absolutely!!! #100dayproject #100daysofquilting #100isalot #quilt #quilting #quiltingismytherapy #quiltsoutside #makersgonnamake
