A Ken Ford workout that I got from @sarah_bowmar. It's highly effective and can be used with any muscle group. 4 exercises. 4 Rounds of each. Rep sequence: 15-8-4. Obviously increasing the weight. Max rest is 90 seconds between rounds. $34 a month for good therapy.
