Left pic I was around 14/15 constantly eating junk food, drinking soda, & being a couch potato. Constantly found myself feeling depressed and having suicidal thoughts. Right pic, working out, drinking a lot of water, & trying my hardest to stay away from junk food (which is still hard but remember MODERATION is key) but now I am 18 & happier with life & it's very rare when I'm feeling depressed/with anxiety. Lesson here is don't do it for the physical changes but also for the mental/attitude changes. You're biggest competition is YOU!!! Tengo que admitir que hoy estoy melancolica🙈, pero de manera positiva... nose si tenga sentido pero aqui va la explicación #horadeltestamentodiario aunque ni tan diario ya hace tiempo que no escribo uno así de largo. Creo que todo comenzó el dia que viaje a Vegas, como el vuelo era medio largo decidi comprar un libro para entretenerme. No me gusta mucho leer, pero he escuchado sobre libros electrónicos así que dije voy a probar....busque uno con buenas reseñas y #palante !!! a escuchar de ha dicho.... jure que me iba a quedar dormida pero estuve con los ojos bien abiertos 👀escuchando cada palabra mientras veia por la ventana del avion. El tiempo‬ paso volando! Es un libro espectacular que me dejo pensando, aunque menciona cosas que son obvias es impresionante como la autora las describe y te da ejemplos. Te pone a pensar, reflexionar, realmente interesante! Ohhh a todas estas el libro se llama "You are a badass" por Jen Sincero... si ya se es en Ingles 😓pero si entiendes ingles te lo recomiendo al 100% no te vas arrepentir! ❤️ El libro toca mil temas pero algo que me dejo pensando fue cuando habla sobre gratitud (otra vez algo tan simple que todos sabemos) pero quizá no lo pones en practica a diario entonces te pregunto. Que pasaria si hoy te levantaste SOLO con lo que agradeciste ayer? Es un ejercicio que estoy tratando de practicar a diario y dar gracias por mi familia, por Hernan, la familia de Hernan, por salud, trabajo, un techo, comida y SI todas esas cosas que nos acostumbramos a tener o ver a diario pero cualquier dia puede que nos hagan falta. El ser humano se preocupa por cosas que no tiene y quiere tener en lugar de enfocarse en agradecer por lo que tenemos (como dije antes, todo es sentido común y cosas que sabemos) pero no esta mal recordarlo de vez en cuando. Entonces digo que estoy melancólica😂porque me puse a pensar por todo lo que estoy agradecida e inmediatamente me senti mejor conmigo mismo, senti que soy muy afortunada por tantas cosas y aunque tengo metas muy grandes tratare de no olvidarme de agradecer por mi presente y festejar mi futuro cuando llegue! y te recomiendo q hagas lo mismo❤️🐻😘

I am so thankful that I took a chance on myself. I look back and think about what life would be like now if I had never started. I can't even imagine! I had no idea that setting out to lose over 100lbs, and working everyday to reach my goal, picking myself back up over and over, learning from my struggles, taking time to learn about myself and what got me to the place I was when I started out would lead me to THIS! This life, the friendships, the passion, the drive, the heart, the experience, the lessons learned, the confidence I've gained, none of which would have happened if I hadn't finally decided that enough was enough and started my own journey. If I had let fear of what others would think stop me from becoming a coach, if I didn't share my journey everyday because of the judgement from others, if I didn't become this person, the person I was always meant to be. I found PURPOSE, passion and positivity! I will always be grateful for every person, every opportunity, for every DAY in this journey I started almost 2 years ago and every day to come. The next time your thinking about taking a chance on yourself, DO IT! You never know, you might just find the path that you were always meant to walk, all the way to who your truly meant to be <3

N'oubliez pas de surveiller votre alimentation. Si vous envisagez de faire 5 heures de sport par semaine, c'est parfait. Une bonne idée est d'y réfléchir à l'avance et de spécifier votre nouveau programme sportif et les exercices qui vont avec. Faire du sport et avoir une alimentation saine sont deux choses étroitement liées. Une fois que vous vous mettez à faire du sport, vous aurez envie d'en faire comme vous aviez envie de dévorer un paquet de biscuits. Il faut savoir qu'après une séance de sport où vous brûlez 300 calories, mieux vaut ne pas tout bousiller avec un cheesecake qui vous en fera reprendre 500. Malheureusement, ça ne marche pas comme ça. Lorsque vous commencez à faire du sport, il faut surveiller rigoureusement votre alimentation. La malbouffe ne fera que rendre les choses plus difficiles. Cela n'affecte pas seulement votre poids, mais votre bien-être. Si vous décidez de vous mettre sérieusement au sport, soyez tout aussi rigoureux concernant votre alimentation.
