. P R O G R E S S 💥👊🏼 . Last night was my four week check in with @tommcmahonpt at @anatomy.37. Having a #dedicated training plan for racing I have been training even harder than before, with 4-5 weights sessions a week on top of the usual cardio. No official macros involved but I have also been unofficially trying to hit the right numbers nutrition wise and it shows - four weeks hard work has led to a drop of almost 1% from my already low #bodyfat . . BUT, and there is a minor but, my overall body weight has also reduced everso slightly meaning that when training this hard, due to my metabolism, my body literally to quote Tom annihilates the food I consume 🤦🏼‍♂️ . Went away happy with my progress and instructed to eat more, which for someone who is always eating and laughed at for how much I eat is an odd thing to hear but I'm more than happy to embrace it if I have too 😋 . Looking forward to my next program to see where I can go 👏🏼 . It is 100% okay to give yourself time to adjust to a new schedule. I'm still trying to get into a consistent gym routine after starting school back up again. Don't feel guilty for getting yourself organized first. If you're not feeling well mentally it will be hard to be motivated physically. Missing a day or two is OKAY. Sometimes it's better to have 3 really solid workouts than 5 or 6 mediocre. Forgive yourself for not always being able to do it all #endrant
