Seeking for good vibes. This last year I've been super blessed and have been soaring. I've been motivated and have been making my dreams come true, but for the last few weeks I've had some personal issues. I've hit roadblocks, lost motivation, feel stressed almost always to the point of hopelessness, can't concentrate, and am not staying on top of projects, turning in assignments late etc. Other people depend on me for a lot of things right now but I'm having trouble just remembering to eat or wake up on time. My brain feels fried and I don't want to do anything. I feel fine in the morning but want to crash a few hours in. Does anyone have any tips I can try to get my motivation and spark back? All thoughts are welcome.
