You could never accuse me of eating boring food. It’s just not in my DNA! This meal is as delicious and nutritious as it is colorful. It took me less than 10 minutes to throw it together! Leftover roasted chicken crisped up in a little butter. Greens sautéed with sweet peppers in butter and mini cucumbers with a ranch dipping sauce. If it looks like I love butter, you betcha I do! Lol
