GF DF SF citrus ‘cheese’ cake FTW! Filled to the brim with pro biotics and packed with collagen to aid in restoring gut health. This tastes absolutely amazing. So glad I finally perfected my recipe! This one will be going on the website soon for sure! Happy Sunday all! ✌️✌️✌️

Uh... no! 😉🙊 These were a big hit! Here's the recipe xx
1 cup fresh, cooled beef broth* (unflavoured)
1 cup ice-cold almond milk
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 heaped tbsp carob powder
Maple syrup to taste
Blend, blend, blend!! 😋 *Beef broth made from a mixture of pasture-raised beef bones. The bones went into a hot oven for 40 minutes at 180d then straight into a hot pot of water with apple cider vinegar. I saved the fat left over in the hot pan - this stuff is great as an oil alternative for shallow frying or even over your baked veggies.
I like to cook my beef broths for at least 24 hours to get maximum goodness out of them.
Why beef? Out of all the broths it has the least flavour so great to mix (and hide!) in various dishes.
