Used some of the meat from my leftover pork ribs last night to make this breakfast scramble! Crispy pork, spinach, & two eggs. Half an apple. #Repost @receitasfitelowcarb (@get_repost ) ・・・ torta low carb de couve flor Super fácil Receita By: @josioliveiranunes ✔Massa: 3 ovos inteiros, 1/2 couve flor crua (a minha era grande), 3 cs de queijo ralado (usei frescal), 1 cs de cream chease, 1 cs de creme de leite, 2 cs de azeite, 1/2 pitada de sal, cebola e pimenta. Bata tudo no processador ou no liquidificador (se for potente) até virar uma massa homogênea. ✔Recheio: 250g de patinho moído (refogado c/temperos), deligue o fogo e acrescente: 1/2 tomate picado em cubinhos, 1/2 cebola, 1/4 de cenoura picada, 1/4 de brócolis (o meu era bem pequeno), 1/3 de pimentão picado, 1/2 pitada de sal. Coloque metade da massa em uma forma untada com óleo ou azeite, acrescente o recheio, o restante da massa e salpique queijo por cima, leve ao forno pré aquecido a 200 graus por 40min. Pronto!! Ps: Os legumes podem ser outros, eu usei alguns que eu tinha aqui, com abobrinha e azeitona fica muito bom tmb. . . This breakfast soup is giving me life this morning 🕺 Taking it easy on my gut after a week of travel with nourishing foods! Breakfast soup is an AMAZING way to start the day! . . HERES THE RECIPE 👇 . . First, I sautéed kale in some ghee, then cooked it down more in beef bone broth (recipe on my blog). . . Once the broth was simmering, I added in three pastured egg yolks. Why just yolk?? I don't tolerate the white well. On the AIP, you remove eggs and reintroduce yolks first, and that's how I learned the yolks work for me and whites don't. All I do to separate it crack the egg over my hand and run it under water... YES it takes practice! . . Then, simmer until the yolks are cooked and add green onion, lemon and salt... that's it! . . I ate this with kraut and a pear on the side. So good! Now off to a coffee shop to get some work done 🙌 . .
