I always manage to get a huge pump with this superset and of course I decided to throw on my training mask to increase the intensity😷
Today is for all those times I try and talk myself out of running. Ever since my miscarriage, I get the worst cramps ever. My doctor says that they should lessen because everything else seems ok. But it was cold outside, windy and not happening. Plus, Nick had to be to work early. I thought I'll do one mile with both kids playing around me. One mile turned to two and then I got to 5. Had to stop to change a diaper and give the kids some real breakfast. 😬 I know many of my friends and family don't understand why running makes me feel "normal" but it does. I need it in my life. And today I felt like flying. The dirt roads and wind have helped me get my speed closer to where I want it. This is not suppose to happen but it did. Fasted leg workout today with the wife. During squats for some reason everything felt good. I realized that I've never tested my supposed 1RM (510). I thought I had that on the bar, but it ended up being 515. The wife almost messed it up tho lol, I had to say "I GOT IT" and well, WATCH THE VIDEO AND SEE IF I GOT IT. Strength is suppose to decline when your cutting, but that's only true if you don't do everything possible to maintain it. Lets get it man.
